Israr is Director and Co-Founder of Leading Resolutions, an independent IT consultancy he established in 2001 to support corporate IT decision-makers deliver high performance IT. He carefully developed the business, nurturing a talented team in building an illustrious portfolio of clients featuring FTSE 500 names like Sony, Home Retail Group, Vodafone, BOC, & Colt Telecoms along with charitable organisations such as City & Guilds and National Trust.

An experienced business and technology leader, Israr has an impressive career in the IT industry stretching over 25+ years and including a number of high profile interim and programme director roles, developing and implementing both business and IT strategic transformations.

Sheila is a Chartered Management Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in finance. Her previous roles included Commercial and Financial Director for PHH Vehicle Management Services (now Arval) with responsibility for purchasing goods and services relating to 360,000 vehicles under maintenance, and working with the sales department to maximise the profitability of major new clients.

Sheila joined Leading Resolutions in 2007 and has held roles across the business, operating as Executive Sponsor for a number of key clients as well as having responsibility for operations and finance. She is the Company Secretary and manages compliance and governance, assuming end to end responsibility for the financial well-being of the organisation.

Graham is Chairman of the Board and initially met Leading Resolutions in a client capacity whilst at City & Guilds.

With a strong background in the educational publishing, not for profit and vocational awards sectors, Graham has over 20 years’ experience of international business leadership and finance management. Previous posts include CFO/COO at Harcourt, Reed Elsevier’s international education business and President/Managing Director of Heinemann-Raintree, the market leading publisher of school library and classroom resources. In 2009 he joined City & Guilds as Group Director International and was later appointed CFO with responsibility for Finance, IT, Operations, Property and Legal, transforming the functions to significantly enhance service provision at reduced costs.

Bob has more than 30 years’ experience in both the European and international marketplaces, helping clients, both large and small, to build IT strategies around business objectives, to ensure organisations maximise the ROI from their technology investments. His experience has shown him that honesty and integrity are businesses’ two greatest assets.

Bob heads up our Private Equity practice and has significant experience in working with Private Equity houses and invested businesses in order to deliver rapid incremental benefit to both parties.

Pete is an experienced Chief Information Officer with a strong retail background in multi-channel and digital transformation. Having also worked with large FMCG brands, he has extensive knowledge of the supply chain from manufacturer to customer.
Pete has been a customer of Leading Resolutions for several years and following a period of working with the Leadership team formally joined the Board as a Non Executive Advisor.

Having started his career in systems development, Pete joined Coca-Cola & Schweppes Beverages Ltd in 1987 following their UK merger and was a key member of the IT leadership team as the company integrated two large systems environments and created a leading systems capability which underpinned the organisations strong market position. He later joined Argos then Home Retail Group as CIO for over 18 years during which time a multi-channel systems strategy was created and implemented that positioned Argos as one of the leading UK multi-channel retailers. Pete has good experience of mergers and acquisitions and the subsequent integration of business systems following the purchase of Homebase and Habitat.
