Leading Resolutions were engaged to be part of pre-acquisition due diligence in respect of the AA Ireland carve out, incorporating a review and validation of the IT plans for transformation and transition.
We ran the project to decouple the AA Ireland, working with a private equity house and the AA Ireland management team.
To support the plans to separate the new standalone business from the AA, we worked with a private equity house and the AA Ireland management team to conduct a detailed due diligence, highlighting risks, workarounds and opportunities. We assessed the IT management and staffing capability and reviewed the IT transformation plans to look at progress to date and validate whether the planned system infrastructure changes were fit for purpose.
