Following the acquisition of a division of a large insurance company, served as advisor to the Transition Manager regarding transformation of all IT systems of the acquired company after the sale was complete. Assisted with the successful development and implementation of the separation program for the IT infrastructure and applications

Supported the acquisition and carve out of a division of a larger organisation.  Having worked with the organisation on the acquisition proposal and bid, we were engaged on the development and execution of the Transition Service Agreement (TSA) and provided ongoing support throughout the transition once the acquisition was made.
