Interserve: Digital Transformation
The Challenge
Multiple, siloed IT teams supported an outdated, complex and increasingly unstable IT environment. They were dependent on an aging legacy infrastructure which was out of support and running several versions of Microsoft Office.
We were engaged to rescue a failing programme to migrate legacy infrastructure to a cloud-based solution, to enhance security and collaboration.

The Solution
We identified key areas for immediate investment which were PMO, desktop modernisation and service design/transition, and deployed a project team comprising of PMO, programme, vendor, service and technical management

I engaged Leading Resolutions to lead a complex and at times turbulent transformation programme, and they added value right from the get-go, bringing control, stability and drive to move the programme forward. They were a great partner to work with, consistently demonstrating an ability to understand our needs and bring in the right capability at the right time.Marie Harrison
