Those requirements were then mapped against potential ERP platforms using our market knowledge, industry best practice and our inherent experience to successfully fast-track the selection process.
Target suppliers were sent the requirements and invited to workshops to review their proposed solution. The supplier offerings were then mapped against the requirements, and a weighted scoring applied.
In parallel, suppliers were sent the requirements mapping pack and asked to review and score their own offering against FitFlop’s requirements.
A final evaluation was then completed with a recommendation for the best fit supplier for ERP to FitFlop submitted and presented to key stakeholders.
