Challenge

Within Spirax Sarco, the Steam IT area was focussed on improving their Digital Operating Model, organisation design and capabilities which would in turn drive their digital transformation programme – both enterprise and customer digitalisation. They engaged Leading Resolutions to carry out a review to gain clarity on the scope of change required, define the options and underpin decisions on principles, organisation structure, ways of working and governance.

What We Did

We used our workshop approach, running a series of stakeholder sessions to create the B2B and B2C digital principles, direction, strategy and vision. We developed and secured approval for our proposed Digital TOM and created recommended actions and a plan of action to bridge the gap between the current state and future vision.

Outcome

We provided a fully supported and approved plan and roadmap for the Digital Operating Model, delivering the foundation for implementing a global operating model.
