The Challenge

Brickability’s acquisition‑led growth left a fragmented systems landscape, inconsistent processes and variable data quality. Legacy systems increased manual effort, slowed reporting and heightened risk, while the lack of a common operating model and ERP platform constrained scalability and made it difficult to integrate new acquisitions efficiently.

The Approach

We developed the ERP strategy and business case, established programme governance and PMO, and led mobilisation, design readiness and data‑migration preparation. Our role covered programme leadership, target operating model definition, process standardisation, data and migration planning, stage‑gate control, and oversight of delivery partners to de‑risk delivery and enable a phased rollout.
