Avon embarked on a multi-phase transformation programme to create a future-ready organisation enabling its separation from Natura.

The initiative focused was on cost optimisation, IT simplification, and operational resilience.

The Challenge

Avon faced major cost pressures, with IT tasked to multi-million GBP in savings, including immediate reductions in 2025, while exiting transitional service agreements and managing a complex supplier landscape.

The business also needed to cut technical and process debt without disrupting services and reshape its structure for long-term efficiency and growth, requiring a tightly coordinated transformation strategy.

The Approach

Our approach blended strategic planning with hands-on delivery. We created a future operating model with governance and KPIs, implemented technical changes e.g. environment rightsizing and system upgrades, and set up an Integration Office for oversight.

We also ran impact analysis to optimise cost drivers, prioritised initiatives, and provided interim support and specialist teams to accelerate TSA exit and transformation rollout.

Value to the client

The programme delivered rapid cost savings, improved efficiency, and positioned Avon for operational independence.

Key outcomes included GBP millions in savings, a simplified technology stack, reduced supplier complexity, and a fit-for-purpose structure.

It also provided a clear roadmap for future transformation, enabling Avon to leverage prioritise investments and minimise risk.
