Leading Resolutions challenges consulting giants with second consecutive MCA Awards finalist nomination
Leading Resolutions, a premier UK technology consultancy, has been announced as a finalist for the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) 2026 Awards. Shortlisted in the Technology Transformation category for its work with Bupa, this marks the second consecutive year the independent firm has been recognised alongside the industry’s “Big 4” global competitors.
The MCA Awards represent the voice of the consulting industry and serve as the gold standard for the value and impact of consultancy in the UK. In securing a finalist position for two years running, following its 2025 Social Value category nomination for its work with the European Association for Cardio-Thoracic Surgery (EACTS), Leading Resolutions has solidified its reputation as an agile contender to match industry-long-standing leaders.
The 2026 nomination highlights the design and delivery of Bupa Home, a unified digital platform created to address the challenge of managing a highly diverse digital landscape across Bupa’s global operations. Like many large organisations, this complexity can result in multiple tools supporting similar activities, scattering critical communications.
Leading Resolutions addressed this by engineering a “unified experience layer” that serves as a primary digital entry point that brings existing tools together in a more connected way. Key project achievements included seamless platform integration to meet employees where they already operated, as well as introducing reusable delivery patterns to group digital changes and accelerate the digital roadmap. The minimum viable product pilot reached 15,000 employees in six months: 100% user base onboarded.
Rebecca Clifton, Global Product Owner at Bupa, highlighted the impact of the partnership in the project:
