We are delighted to announce our Ambassador of the Month Award goes to Dave Edwards.

Congratulations Dave, and thanks for choosing The Salvation Army as your benefiting charity, we will be making a donation on your behalf.

Dave joined Leading Resolutions as a PMO specialist to support the Leading Resolutions Fit For Growth (FFG) change programme. He has brought years of experience and knowledge to FFG and has been leading the assurance of the delivery processes, controls and artefacts required to underpin the quality of each and every assignment.

Dave is piloting changes with our key accounts, enabling our clients to benefit further from our core support services. He has quickly become a very valued member of the team, coaching and guiding others when the opportunity is there. Dave’s impact and contribution to the quality and nature of our delivery organisation will only increase as we continue to grow.

Rob Chapman, Delivery Director said, “Dave is a key member of the delivery team and in a short period of time he has added tremendous value and insights to how we can improve as a consulting team. On top of that he’s a great person to work with and gets on with everyone”.

Dave is a real example of what it takes to be a true leader at Leading Resolutions, with vigorous effort, hard-work and determination on all of his projects.

Every month, when we award an Ambassador award, we make a donation to the charity of choice of the recipient. For the charity part of his Ambassador award, Dave has chosen to support The Salvation Army who will receive a donation in his name to help with their efforts. “Whilst most people will recognise they do a significant amount of work with the homeless, they also do a lot of great work with struggling families which is really needed as we approach Christmas.”

All of us at Leading Resolutions, want to congratulate Dave and thank him for all of his hard work!
