Viridor is a recycling, renewable energy and waste management company which transforms ‘waste’ into the items and energy society needs.

Viridor was looking to carry out a particularly significant and complex programme of work based on an already selected ERP system. The planning of this programme of work however had stretched over time and budget and so Leading Resolutions was selected to carry out a sensitive re-plan of all activity. Viridor Board of Directors attributed savings of over £5m to the involvement of Leading Resolutions, including:

£800k resulting from greater scrutiny and controls

£1.25m saved

£1.25m resulting from postponing training

Headcount reduced

Programme team headcount reduced from 135 to 85 people, with no loss of productivity, resulting in cost reduction of £2m
