Pete Smyth

Pete Smyth
Pete is a commercially focused transformational IT exec and business advisor with a career spanning 30 years across multiple industry sectors. He has led IT functions at Executive Board level, delivering high profile transformation programmes, underpinned by solid operational, cost and organisational improvement. Pete works with Boards, managers and staff to create IT Strategies and operational plans that deliver business objectives and create buy in at all levels.
Sheila Bryant

Sheila Bryant
Sheila is a Chartered Management Accountant with more than 30 years’ experience in finance. Her previous roles included Commercial and Financial Director for PHH Vehicle Management Services (now Arval) with responsibility for purchasing goods and services relating to 360,000 vehicles under maintenance, and working with the sales department to maximise the profitability of major new clients.
Sheila joined Leading Resolutions in 2007 and has held roles across the business, operating as Executive Sponsor for a number of key clients as well as having responsibility for operations and finance. She is the Company Secretary and manages compliance and governance, assuming end to end responsibility for the financial well-being of the organisation.
Jon Bance

Jon Bance
Jon is a business focused innovation and technology executive who has led IT and Digital functions at Board level over the last 30 years.
Working at CIO level for a number of years, his specialities include the delivery of transformational programmes, restructuring, operational improvements as well as implementing cutting edge technology to deliver excellent customer outputs.
Having worked with many household and luxury brands such as Estee Lauder, Soho House and BAA, Jon brings our clients hands-on experience and fully understands the challenges that they face on a daily basis, having previously walked in their shoes.
Jon leads the Consulting team of Account Management and Client Executives, working to ensure we fully understand the needs of our Customers and translate this into deliverable solutions and outcomes.

Rob is a highly experienced consultant with a demonstrable record of working across business and IT, within service management, change management, business leadership and delivery. Rob has over 20 years of experience in consulting on transformational change in both business and IT operations, having worked with a range of blue-chip and entrepreneurial organisations across EMEA.

As our Chief Revenue Officer, Paul is responsible for developing and growing our business to ensure that we continue to deliver the most relevant advice and services to our customers.
Paul has held senior leadership positions in small, medium and large Information Technology businesses during his 40-years in business. He has led companies through the many technology waves that have driven constant change, during that time, and worked closely with customers to ensure that their business outcomes continue to be met with minimum disruption.
Paul’s experience and dedication are invaluable to our clients and to Leading Resolutions.

Collaborating with the senior leadership team to help enable the strategic objectives set by our owners. Bringing over 15 years’ experience in strategic talent planning and operational efficiency, Dani takes a holistic approach, maximising the effectiveness of the company’s processes and procedures across Talent, HR, Technology and Market Engagement.
With over a decade in the industry, Dani leads our external operational activities, with a big focus on our Marketing and People Strategies, spearheading the growth of our consultancy and Head Office Teams.
Playing an active part on our Senior Leadership team, Dani ensures that we are successful in delivering the best possible service to our customers and consultants, current and new.

Lysa is passionate about driving change to improve the customer experience, colleague agenda and enabling effective working practices.
Having worked with and supported our Senior Leadership Team for over 7 years, Lysa’s strategic decision making and constant drive for improvement continues to play a key role in shaping the future of our business.
Lysa manages our Delivery Support team to include Talent, Operations and Finance and is responsible for helping to shape the operational strategy of all things delivery!
She brings an exceptional track record of developing people and process improvement. Lysa strongly believes in creating a unique and dynamic workplace culture that empowers employees to take ownership, build cohesive teams working together to achieve individual targets and company objectives.
