Lysa is passionate about driving change to improve the customer experience, colleague agenda and enabling effective working practices. She has more than 20 years experience in Executive Business Management, 17 of which, spent within various management roles at Arval – BNP Paribas, where she gained significant experience in change management, organisational development and employee engagement.
Having worked with and supported our board for over 7 years, Lysa’s strategic decision making and constant drive for improvement continues to play a key role in shaping the future of our business as part of our Senior Leadership Team.
Lysa manages our Support teams to include Talent, Operations and Finance executives and is responsible for helping to shape the operational strategy of Leading Resolutions, to support the growth of the business. She brings an exceptional track record of developing people and process improvement.
