We are pleased to announce Maria McCoy as our latest Ambassador Award winner, for her commendable service to the company and our customers..

Maria is an advocate for our data governance and data management/strategy internally and supports many of our clients such as PRS Music, Betty & Taylors, EasyJet and Experian.

Maria has worked on many client projects for Leading Resolutions over the years and has always been an asset to our business. The work that she has completed over the past few months specifically with PRS music, Experian and EasyJet has seen Maria go beyond the remit of her role to ensure success for our customers and has delivered outstanding results.

Rob Chapman, Delivery Director at Leading Resolutions says, “Maria consistently goes over and above in her work, she is central in delivering key pieces of work for a number of our clients balancing many priorities at any one time. She works so hard on behalf of the team and the customer, Well done Maria”

Diane Sawyer, Head of Data Architecture, Standards and Controls, Data Office at Experian also offers her congratulations. “Maria has been instrumental in supporting the set-up of the Enterprise Data Governance Framework for Experian’s Internal Operational Data. Her experience and expertise in deploying Data Governance organisations, has supplemented our own experience to help us build a best-in-class framework.”

Maria has a great work ethic, excellent planning and structure, and effective stakeholder engagement. Her ability to challenge stakeholders’ thinking in a structured and engaging manner coupled with building clear and effective messaging has been critical to bringing people on the journey with us.

I would like to thank Maria for her effort and commitment to assure a successful delivery and that the required business benefit will be delivered.”

Every month when we award an Ambassador Award, we make a donation to the charity of choice of the recipient. For the charity part of her Ambassador Award, Maria has chosen to support the Children’s Hospice South West, who will receive a donation in her name to help with their efforts. “It is a charity that was founded by my aunt from her utility room back in 1991. It is now a very well established charity with three hospices providing respite care for families with children that have life-limiting disorders”

All of us at Leading Resolutions want to thank Maria and congratulate her for her success.
