Step One: Meet the Mentor
Our team consists of ex-CIO and CTOs with varied industry backgrounds, all of whom have had stellar careers with blue chip organisations. We work collaboratively with the aspiring IT Leader and the business to ensure a great match is made, considering both experience and a cultural alignment.
Step Two: Engagement Plan
Working with the IT Leader and the business, we agree the specific goals and timeline for each engagement. We then deliver a proposed engagement plan, detailing the key areas of support required along with priorities and timescales. This is supplemented with ongoing access to our wider team and resources, ensuring a wide range of skills and expertise, across multiple technologies and our Change Management Practice are always available.
Step Three: Structured Pathway
Working with the individual and the business to deliver the structured pathway, typically including stakeholder mapping, influencing skills, how to propose technology projects within a business context, events and CIO peer groups covering industry trends, technology trends, horizon scanning and use of Leading Resolutions unique innovation platform to find exciting, niche solutions to business challenges.
