Programme Delivery


Telindus, the ICT services company, asked Leading Resolutions to finalise the scope and manage the delivery of one of their largest commercial contracts (Programme BOWE). Our support helped Telindus to successfully deliver the programme and achieve sole partner status with the end client.


Using our proven Programme Management framework, we successfully delivered both phases of the project, meeting the tight project deadlines. Our first step was to affirm the delivery team structure and detail the activities for the associated work streams. We finalised contract negotiations with the end client, each of the existing 7 Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and the selected delivery partner. In addition to designing a logistics solution for 11 warehouses, we designed, developed, configured and deployed various IT systems.


The end customer had a clear services cost model, a single point of contact partner for services and a comprehensive view of the makeup, resilience and reliability of their entire network. Additionally, Telindus greatly increased their revenues and developed additional skills and capabilities that could be leveraged for future bids.
