The role

Our Business Support Manager will provide efficient sales and administrative support to the Senior Leadership team throughout the sales process. It requires a strong communicator and highly organised individual with a flexible and hands on approach to work as part of the Sales Support team.

Supporting the document creation and coordination of our presales, client delivery and post sales processes, this post holder will work with our Sales & Research Manager to support the preparation and gathering of detailed information in order to create and provide QA for customer proposals, case studies, capability packs and communications support.

To ensure the efficiency of our business a small element of the role will involve providing personalised and timely support to our Executive Committee, becoming their trusted advisor and ensuring that they are working at their most optimal level. This will include some travel and accommodation arrangement, diary management and minute taking in any necessary business meetings.

This is crucial support and a fundamental hire within the business to support our growth efforts and will be a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on success created through managing a diverse workload.


  • Support the efforts of individual recruitment campaigns as required
  • Production of all relevant People/Sales analytics, using our CRM as needed
  • Ensure that all delivered processes and ways of working are always adhered to by advising relevant hiring managers and/or stakeholders’ business wide
  • Creation of pre and post sales documentation, including proposal writing
  • QA of business documentation before it leaves the business
  • Managing the creation of our case studies and gathering all required intel from customers and consultants
  • Support the efforts of individual recruitment campaigns as required
  • Production of company wide policies and updates to ensure best working practices
  • Support the Executive committee by providing timely and quality diary management

Experience Required:

  • Complex document management
  • Highly skilled in content writing and editing
  • Exceptionally high level of attention to detail
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a number of priorities
  • Senior level stakeholder management
  • Experience working within a similar role ideally within a presale’s environment
  • High level of MS office experience such as PowerPoint and Excel
