The role

Supporting the administrative efforts of our pre sales and delivery documentation this post holder will work with our Sales Operations Manager to support the preparation and gathering of detailed information in order to create and provide QA for customer proposals, case studies, capability packs and communications Support.

To align with our sales and marketing activities, this post holder will be a conduit between these teams, ensuring that any material being produced by one team is communicated to the other, creating a seamless pre sales function.

Multiple departments depend on our Sales Operations Executive. They act as a point of contact, a source of information, and a go-between to convey information quickly and accurately. By keeping everyone in the loop, the executive ensures consistency. A change in text, for instance, needs to be conveyed to a number of business areas so that images and context can be repositioned accordingly.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the sales process, creating high-quality contracts, proposals, supplementary service schedules, addendums, and pitch presentations for the sales team (often to tight timelines), and assisting with the follow-up once received by the client.
  • Assist in the timely collation of pre-pitch information for the sales team to include: gathering shareholder analysis, company research using a number of platforms and references
  • Accurately record prospective client contact details in Zoho (CRM system), closing new client wins and ensuring that all prospective client activity is captured, so that the integrity of the data is maintained.
  • Where required, client outreach, including phone calls and email communication.
  • Obtaining relevant information from multiple sources and creating information packs to support the above documentation
  • Supporting our Marketing department with specific sales campaign documentation
  • Act as a final QA for all external business documentation and become a custodian of all presales governance and control

Experience Required:

  • Must have the ability to work under pressure, prioritising tasks and multi-tasking/adapting where necessary
  • Strong academic record
  • Confident, professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal with the ability to liaise with all levels of stakeholder, including consultants
